Always wanted to try parkour, but know I'm probably too uncoordinated. I do rock-climbing and bouldering, so thought that might help though. How do you guys reckon I should start?

Things that increase your range of motion, apply torque:
-Tricking
-Capoeira/Breakdancing
-Dance
-Pilates
I would recommend Pilates the most because it developed as a training regimen for dancers and elite athletes. It will strengthen your latissimus dorsi muscle, which is instrumental for all movement, and will give you a scientific awareness of your body and musculo-skeletal system.
Also:
-Yoga
I recommend pilates because it is more 'scientific', however some find yoga more enjoyable, and the flexibility+strength combo is unbeatable for Parkour.
-Tai-ji
