WWE has been running matches into the ground since the Attitude Era, especially at the main-event level.

They really need to get rid of the rematch clause. It always leads to a pointless squash immediately following a title change at a PPV. When's the last time someone saved their rematch for months to wait for the right moment?

rematch clause is the crutch of the writers and bad for business
