Has anyone here ever been to TAAGS in Washington? I am going for the first time on the 31st and I was just wondering what the atmosphere is like because I have never been to a game with more than 18 people before. I am worried that my guns might shoot too hot, but I can always fall back on my KWA Skorpion sidearm. I really hope I can field my ZB-30, even if my friend did break the bipod. I'll admit, I was one of the sniper obsessed, suppressor loving newbies, so I ended up buying this WELL L115, mainly because of Battlefield 3 and this skin I downloaded for the AWP on CS:S.
I even upgraded the thing to be crazy effective instead of trashing it for a combat machine or something, loved being a super sneaky quiet sniper, backed up by my FNX45.

Eventually the scope got shot out and I just stopped sniping instead of buying a new gun.

SRC. The body tries to split so I had to glue it, and the front sight came misaligned. I also lost the pin that held the hand grip/battery storage in place because the ball bearing in the takedown pin popped out at some point so the pin ended up falling out during a rush down an overgrown hill so it was good as gone.

My post Implies I strictly use semi only, the gear ratio and mosfet is for high trigger response you, can still achieve a high trigger response and low rof with a mosfet. Having a 18:1 gear ratio is basically having bad lag while hearing your gearbox winding up for that shot.

Yeah, on the PMC AKM, the mags didn't have a big enough lip, so when you put them in the wouldn't properly sit; it resulted in the mags wobbling all over the place and not getting a good seal. I put tape on mine to fix that.

This shit still triggers my 'tism as someone that actually knows gas guns. Like okay if you're holding a WE M14 or Scar 17 mag that's filled with propane and was sitting on a car dash on a hot day, and you just start wailing on it like a dumbass then yeah it's going to probably have enough force to cut your hand that deep; if the force doesn't cause the gas to go in the direction of the least ammount of resistance, which would probably mean rupturing the base and just hissing really loudly.
But 1911 mags are tiny, hold nowhere near as much gas as that of a WE M14 or Scar, and there's plenty of metal in between your hand and the magazine.

This guy sliced his hand while doing something else, and was smacking his KWA 1911 on the pavement for (you)s, or had his 1911 sitting in a hot truck and then started wailing on it and cut his hand on the broken metal from the impact.
Not to mention that if the 1911 actually had a catastrophic failure of that level while withing standard operating condition, we'd hear more than a shitpost here and there. Like that's actual full blown lawsuit territory.

The coat's not a BDU any more though, but it is built from a size too large a BDU however - for the reason of allowing me to wear warmer layers underneath, if need be, like a 215 dollar hoodie. Goggles I wear on the helmet for the excuse of muh milsim, though in my end they're more for snow than dust, but honestly I just personally like the looks of goggles sitting on the forehead. On the gloves, I don't own even a single pair of gloves that haven't had the fingers cut off - I just want the dexterity that comes without gloves. And the empty Rhino Arm is there for two reasons: I like the looks of it, but secondly, more importantly, they keep my goggles in place. The goggles being lined with fleece really have a tendency to shuffle off the forehead, lacking grip.

I've shot a few thousand rounds through it and haven't run into any problems yet. Don't expect to be able to effectively engage with anyone over 100 feet, but it's a shotgun, that should be expected. It does drain batteries though, I'd definitely bring 1-2 extra ones with you.
