I understand why Macho Manlet was a big name but he's cringe today rewatching him. Don't get me wrong, 80s Hogan is too but at least he had the Hollywood gimmick to change things up and he was over as fuck
In the early 2000s. Macho manlet seemed stuck to the same style for fifteen years and reactions for him dwindled as time went on. I watched some random WCW PPV from 1999 and he got literally zero reaction when he won the belt. No boos, no cheers, nothing. You'd think there was a resthold going on in the match or something
