The Rock's ring work was fine though, he was a bit sloppy but the way he structured a match was fine and always got the crowd hot. Same with Hogan until he was literally crippled. They're fine workers, like, they're not revolutionizing anything, but they did fine. Early Cena had plenty of fantastic matches and while he hit his stride as final boss Cena with the US title he never had a problem delivering a good match.
