His promo style felt a lot more personal and less scripted, very different from the usual "GOATs" of promos like Hogan/Rock/Austin/Cena who just recited catchphrases. Bryan had a simple one word chant as his catchphrase so he never could implement it in promos the way others could.

Not to mention that different approach to his promos inspired from his own experiences is now being demonstrated in his GM style and Talking Smack where the lines between kayfabe and reality are really blurring with his approach (good for the business.)

Dude's an artist through and through. Changed the game in the indies, and is now doing it in various ways on the big stage, too.
