Seth didn't return as a babyface after injury so he's still a chickenshit heel, Dean's gotten lazy and is starting to get boos, and Roman is booed everytime he's near the main event. He's probably about where he should be at this point (upper midcard, on the periphery of the main event, but not the main focus), but he's held back by his lack of variety in the ring (SUPAMANPUNCH) and his absolutely garbage writing.

He can probably be pretty good as a babyface if they just stop being idiots about it but I have no idea how they can possibly get him over with crowds without turning him first.

You really only need to look at Reigns's monicker "the big dog" to understand what's wrong with him. He's NEVER the underdog in any sense, and that makes him exceedingly difficult to relate to.

Even when he's not bigger (or better looking) than his opponent, he's stacked with huge amounts of plot armor. The only shred of humility he's ever portrayed is when he speaks, but being awful on the mic isn't a bonys for any wrestler ever, it's just cringy.

Roman Reigns is the porn star that is "too good looking" to jerk off to. He's so "Mary Sue -perfect" that it's turned him into a totally vanilla non-flavor.
