You think he QUIT wrestling and RETREATED to Hollywood!? NAIVE! Wrestling was always ALWAYS a means to an end, he never EVER cared about The Business and it was obviously from the word go. Just a script readin', same match havin', no psychology usin', son of a bitch.

And it worked because he's literally 10/10 charisma machine, the only guy in professional wrestling who is more sympathetic and charismatic than Hulk Hogan. He's never once been in an actually good movie is a legitimately bad actor and his cultural relevance peaked in 1999 or so, but that hasn't slowed him one bit.

If he was coming up right now he would have been in a reality show or a youtube thing and never once stepped foot in the ring. And it shows.
