To me it looks a bit like it was Becky, Nia, and productions fault.

Becky seemed to roll out a bit too quick; though some could say it was Nia's fault for not being "able" to run fast enough, so technically it could be both at fault i guess.

And production for following and hanging on Nia for too long, maybe if the camera switch it would have shown Becky rolling out of the way; possible it could have shown her rolling too fast if this is the case.
