Booker T was never over in the E on a consistent main event level and he was right to lose at XIX.

Henry has been in multiple main event feuds, has cut fantastic promos and is in Vince's goodbooks (and really everybody's) for life as a company ambassador. His ceiling was due to limitations in the ring and coming into his own very late in his career. It can also be argued that he gave the WHC and Smackdown prestige, so I value his run more than Cena in his 13th/14th reign.
