What would you guys say are basics you should have down, and what kind of volume and control should you have on them?
This is my take on basics and proper volume.
Strict pull-ups. 3x15
Strict push-ups 3x25
Planks 3x60 seconds
Hollow 3x60 seconds
Air squats 3x50
