Billionaire Ted gave management a bottomless budget, they threw money at all the top WWE stars and WCW was drawing and profitable so Billionaire Ted didn't pay attention to the budget until it started loosing money. He could of made more money in the early 90s off WCW if he actually paid attention to what was going on and didnt let the imates run the prison.
Once the NWO formed WCW stop making new stars outside Goldberg
This promo is pretty good, a little rough on the edges but you cant tell hes special.
Its for the best though, WCW refused to adopt the edgy/hardcore style ECW did and WWE found the perfect balance between high intensity wrestling and edgy promos/angles.
WCW was still doing the old school face/heel style from the old territory days and the 80s WWE where you were a squeaky clean face or a cheating/dirty heel.
