I really got on board with WCPW for the first 3 weeks or so. It seemed they'd hit an interesting formula of low budget, small house shows and free online streaming.

Then their egos took hold and their trust fund instalments cleared and they started booking retired legends just to do cringingly self-indulgent spots with them, and then put up a paywall on their content.

Last I heard, the streaming for their pretend pay-per-view with Kurt Angle crashed almost immediately, and the short clips I did manage to get through it sounded like JR and Jim Cornette wanted to kill themselves.

It's dead.
