> The acceleration in US/Canada house show events look to be more in Q4. This year, we've already had 17 house shows in October while in years past there was less than ten (7 in 2014 and 9 in 2015). Since WWE house shows are generally profitable, WWE can continue to grow their live events revenue year-over-year despite declining attendance simply through raising ticket prices and running more events per quarter. There will be a limit though. International touring has been a boon in the past, and we may see WWE being able to leverage the split brands to better reach new or neglected marketplaces such as Asia Pacific or South America.

WWE needs to make PPVs more compelling and must-see, as they are the key draw for Network subs. None of the PPVs so far except for a few and Wrestlemanias have been must-see events.

The product is stale. People only pursue a job in wrestling if they're a super fan or failed athlete. The talent pool of charismatic tuff guys all go the mma route. Wrestlings become a joke. That's coming from a fan who's been watching since the 80s as a kid.

I think he also sees how Paul has been running things on a small scale with NXT. Combing that and his role as head of talent and result its produced - NO FUCKING DIMES - has spooked Vince. He also knows how fucking awful Stephanie is in her role of management.
