I personally think NXT shouldn't have any on-screen already established wrestlers like Nagamuray, Senor Joe, Ay-Dub and so on.

Make it completely developmental, for new wrestlers. The older ones should go straight to the main roster and adapt or fuck off, since they'll spend a few years in NXT that could be spent on the main roster, meaning that by the time they even get there they're already approaching 40 and won't have much left in the tank.
