Universal was billed over World on the only show they've both been featured on. Raw is also still a bigger priority to the company than Smackdown regardless of how much more critically acclaimed Smackdown is. So there's zero evidence of this thus far. I'll have to say that if Balor wasn't injured, the belt would most likely be a lot more valuable now. It wasn't the right choice anyway, but the booking with Owens is what actually destroyed the belt. With that kind of booking, no one could have made the belt feel prestigious.

With the guys on Raw, they should stick the strap to Jericho and book him as a veteran heel who can actually get shit done, is having his final run and actually values the title like he values his former world championships. Then have Roman or whoever beat him in an actual main event of one of the bigger PPV's.
