Nowadays it's still very playable but for me the GOAT is Day of Reckoning. The models for the wrestlers look better than the ones today.

The DoR games are pretty GOAT in their own way, and I loved how the story mode carried on, but some matches and objectives just existed to piss you off.

The stamina meter was a real fun killer. Took the arcade aspect out of it in an attempt to make it more realistic. Not to mention, the models looked a little off and the soundtrack got tiresome and repetitive.
