First off I would actually use the fact that he is a 3 time golden glove champ and add some punches to his moveset, like throwing them in to a corner and doing a few combinations. You know, shit that would make him actually look like a threat. Next I would book him as a hired gun that the heels would hire and tweeners and baby faces could grudgingly work with when some obnoxious authority figure wont let them have the title shot/rematch that they deserve. Also I would trade him to Raw for Sami Zayn so he has more people to work for, meaning he would be in more matches. I wouldn't really give him any title shots or anything, make him a character that isn't interested in getting titles so long as he keeps getting the company paychecks and getting money on the side from wrestlers that need dirty work done. Its simple, it fits the lone wolf gimmick, shows his strengths by making him someone who is just hard as fuck to beat and can put someone away in short order and hides his weaknesses like 20 minute promos or putting on particularly long matches. Also it keeps him out of the title scene so he does not get overexposed until he is over and it still protects him as a badass.
