It was my first live event and the pace these guys set from the start was incredible.

almost missed the fucking event because a border patrol agent decided to get the fucking k9 to inspect my car for no god damn fucking reason

It's funny how everyone went nuts over his john cena fake retirement segment, but his smackdown stuff was significantly better.
And the retirement thing where he turned on cena was weird I'm the sense that it made cena seem like some untouchable character and Henry had to come up with am elaborate scheme just to get close enough to attack him

There was no reason he shouldn't have held the belt until WM -- they built him up so strong, and just had him lose clean to the Big Show. It was dumb.

The Daniel Bryan cashing in thing eventually worked out, but it would've also been great to see Henry hold the belt till Mania, have Bryan say he's cashing in for his title match against Henry, and have the underdog story with Bryan fighting the unstoppable monster for the belt -- and winning.

It was really, really weird.

Here's a guy WWE did absolutely nothing with for a decade, and with the roster spread thin and needing new heels, they decide to push him. And he's actually, not bad. They shape Mark into a credibly threat by having him take out a bunch of other big guys, he's actually... good on the mic, and he's booked strong. It goes to show if WWE really wants to they can make anybody credible, even after 10+ years of irrelevance.
