Survivor Series is better when the WWE treats it as something like an All Star game and gets as many people on the card as possible, big storylines are not needed for the elimination matches.

I say put the champs in the elimination matches and we get some better build up towards the December PPVs

Kayfabe-wise, if Shane and Bryan don't put Ziggler on the 5 man team, they're retarded. After SS '14, anyone putting together a team for that would pick Ziggles first.
But he might be defending the IC title that night, so who knows.
