To be relivent again, the IC belt needs to be defended every week. Just like BMJ did with the US strap recently. The Miz has taken the mid card title farther than I personally thought he would, but he wouldn't be a good "defending" champ. Put it on Dean or bring up Joe from NXT and it would shine.
