You need to make it clear to the viewer that the MC is strong, if he beats a guy in the first one and then gets his ass kicked then he's not going to look good.

The previous RDM in the old Tiger Mask anime was the one that made Tiger Mask break his vow of not using his underground "skills", it didn't end up well for RDM, Tiger was a true death machine in that match and even more since the old anime was bloody as fuck.

Naoto will probably lose the next match, they're definetely not going to play fair against him
