Has anyone here actually taken a bump once? How does it feel? I heard it pushes the air out of your lungs.

I've only ever worked one match in my entire life and it was a 35 minute long spotfest that ended with me thrown from a shitty home depot ladder onto a table covered in tacks and getting pinned. Not exactly a bump but shit hurt.
