AmeriCares, who currently uses the space, noted in a statement that WWE is honoring their lease, which runs through 2023 with options to renew through 2033. WWE said in their statement to The Stamford Advocate, who reports that the sale was for approximately $26.9 million:

> "WWE currently occupies 20,000 square feet, and our plan is to occupy an additional 40,000 square feet (existing on the property) within the next year. AmeriCares is under a long-term lease and occupies 90,000 square feet and Squash Alley occupies the remaining 4,000 square feet."
