Since they are a public company they have to answer to the board of people who own stock in he company, so they had to become boring and family friendly.
When the company was private vince could have tits and beer and anything he wanted

I think things really went downhill when Brock Lesnar came in. He was like one of those forgetable overglorified B-wrestler strong men like Ryback, But he was used as as a main wrestler too much for me. Then John Cena came in and he wasn't as interesting as any of the main wrestlers from the Attitude era.
