What is considered the best finisher in the business?
i'm thinking the RKO
>Versatile and can be used in almost any situation
>Based on the GOAT diamond cutter
but there's a downside
>Doesn't look as powerful as most moves
Doesn't even matter how powerful it "looks", everybody sells the thing like a fucking gunshot to the head. It's by far the most over finisher in WWE today, for good reason.

Best Finishers are the one's that can be done out of any position or a easy transition into
They feel instantaneous and explosive
RKO, Superkick,
The Stunner is literal death
>>1751307
Superkick is my favorite
>>1751319
>everybody sells the thing like a fucking gunshot to the head
Lesnar pretty much killed the hype when he sold it like a normal move after Orton continually said "IT JUS TAKES 1 LOL"
>>1751366
Yeah. Lesnar didn't even have the decency to stay down for more than a few seconds on Raw.
Used to be the Superkick during Shawn's time, but these indie faggots ruined it. RKO is surely the move now.
I like the dirty deeds and the pedigree
best finisher on the planet right now is probably the Rainmaker though
>>1751547
makes me sad 2bh
really like Razor's edge too but that's getting watered down as well. Thanks Roman.
I'm a sucker for a classic powerbomb
Shame it's only used from weird or boring setups these days that devalue it as a move
>>1751385
He only needed to stay down for 3 seconds to sell the rKo bud. 3 seconds is all Randy needs for an rKo outta nowhere victory
>>1751578
At least we get to see the edge again. Idk the last time I seen it before Roman had done it
>>1751547
>superkick
>finisher
Watch an 80s tag match.
>>1751593
Sheamus used to use it and Bad Luck Fale has been doing it for years.
>>1751307
I love the story Seff tells about that match on the Jericho podcast. They practiced the move a few times beforehand and they could get the elevation but never nail the RKO, so when they hit it perfectly in the match Randy was so hyped that he forgot to cover him and needed the ref to remind him it was the finish.
>>1751771
>Any superkick not called Sweet Chin Music is shit.
Fuck you buddy
>>1751785
That looked awful, does Storm still wrestle? I always thought he would be good if he was in a tag team with a good talker
>>1751807
The camera angle is the problem, not Storm.
>>1751807
>I always thought he would be good if he was in a tag team with a good talker
18+
>>1751307
The stunner and diamond cutter are better
>>1751814
I didn't pay much attention to Lance Storm desu, just the few clips I saw here and there he looked good. But he looked boring as fuck as a character. Was he in a tag team in WCW? Cuz I am literally 18+ and have never seen an episode of WCW in my life.
>>1751821
Canadian Hero Storm was getting top heat in turn-of-the-millennium WCW
>>1751829
Oh, too bad I was 4-5 years old. Does the network have old WCW?
>>1751821
He broke into the business tagging with Jericho.
>>1751816
The diamond cutter actually was out of nowhere
>>1751842
Well shit, gonna assume Jericho did all the heavy lifting then
>>1751837

>4-5 years old
jeezus
>>1751821
In the ECW he was in a tag team with Justin Credible called the Impact Players. They were cool and had an awesome catchphrase. Also I busted many a nut to Dawn Marie she was hot in her tiny dresses. Then he went to the WCW and was a Canadian hero and got all the belts, and he created Team Canada with Mike Awesome and a little negro called Prime Time. They also had this blonde slut with them who does porn now
>>1751851
Oh god I can't stop watching these:

>>1751866
Is Jericho the most unappreciated wrestler of all time? Everything he does it gold.
>>1751870
Not even close, people soured on him for his last few runs and corporate shilling but he was still GOAT in his day.
If you haven't seen it, his heel run in WCW is fucking amazing.
>>1751866
Nothing says rocking America like going to a local arcade with bumper cars. Were they face or heel because this is very face like
>>1751875
Face at the time, this was in Smoky Mountain Wrestling with Cornette booking them.
any finisher that doesnt end with both men on the ground. to me most of those moves just look like two guys falling down. the aggressor needs to stay up all the time.
>>1751307
Burning Hammer or the Emerald Fusion.
>>1751816
Stunner looks weak as fuck, but love the way The Rock sells it
RKO is better than Diamond Cutter cause Orton jumps to do the move,it's just my opinion
Ive always liked the frog splash
>>1752034
Same here. Eddie had that shit on point and we all know it.
>>1752026
>but love the way The Rock sells it
Taker's Tombstone. Specially on smaller opponents, it really looks like your falling on your head into the ground.
>>1752174
YA,it makes me laugh
The psychology of OUT OF NOWHERE finishers like the RKO has always been shit and will always be shit. If you can do your finisher at literally any point during the match then there's no point in not doing it right when the bell rings.
