So Progress Wrestling is doing a show near me soon but I don't know any of their guys and I've never seen one of their shows.

Is live wrestling still worth going to if you're unfamiliar with the promotion?

I don't personally think wrestling is worth going to see live, wrestling fans that go to shows are the worst.

Google the wrestlers who'll be at the show you want to attend (should be advertised). Watch a few matches with some of the guys. If you like them, go. If you don't, then don't.

Pretty much simple as that in my opinion.
