He doesn't. He's a great work-horse who cares more about putting on consistent matches than most, so people brought into him as some top-tier worker, but he's not. He's a guy who will consistent have 3.5 stars on a show surrounded by people costing to 2.5, and then at the PPV never manage to crack 4.
Obviously this is just an example, I'm sure he has cracked 4 before, but you get my point. He's driven and consistent, and that's respectable, but he's just not that special in any facet.
