There should never be a Cena-style top guy. The top guy position should be in a state of intermediate flux, as people cycle in and out every couple years. A strong ME scene with 2-3 guys is ideal. One big babyface to lord them all is not.

Putting it frankly, I don't think WWE has any guys younger than 30 who can become future megastars right now. Sami, Seth, Big E, Big Cass, Xavier Woods, Neville, Gargano, Ambrose, Roman, even the new cruiserweights coming in like Alexander, Gargano, Tozawa, Metalik. They got a bunch of guys who if utilized correctly can be great stars, but they're all 30ish.

There's just no one young enough in WWE's system to do what you're describing. Having said that, I bet you anything Seth can go for another 10 years, easy. Sami too, if his shoulder doesn't keep exploding.
