This seems like a waste of time. The killings are the only interesting part and who wants to see a man murdering his wife and infant son? By all accounts there was no real foreshadowing apart from him being a slightly weird guy. They'll probably dramatise it by having him regularly beating Nancy and have long, lingering shots of him staring at Daniel's neck and a bible.

This, outside of the final days Nancy, Daniel and Chris were pretty much a model family, movies like this are always filled to the brim with shit they made up to make it more compelling and interesting at the expense of somebody. Chris is already reviled enough without adding anymore character assassination like him being some meathead brute or ultra fundy. Not to mention it'll negatively effect the WWE by cropping up another scandal.
Just don't see who wins from this.
