I vote Tanahashi v Suzuki, Kings of Pro Wrestling 2012. It distils wrestling to its pure spectral essence. The story is indelibly simple - the bad guy works the arm and the good guy works the leg, there are very few high spots, and the finish is literally the only pinfall in the match. And yet the crowd is the palm of their hand. They absolutely btfo the modern spot monkey style.

If you want a WWE one I choose the tag title match between Angle, Benoit, Edge and Rey. Or alternatively that random awesome chain wrestling match between Benoit and Regal on Velocity.
