Other names previously confirmed(via RAW promos)for the new cruiserweight division include: Johnny Gargano, Tommaso Ciampa,Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann, Noam Dar, Brian Kendrick and TJ Perkins.

does the cruiserweight classic double as an "nxt stint" for most of these guys? expectations are low for them to cut promos or whatever, so would've thought there'd be a little bit more for them to try to do with that (unless the web promos count for that)
