Who ultimately meant more to the business?
Bruno
Frank Gotch
Nash and Hall paved the pave for guys like jericho
Thank you Mr. Nash.
Neither ever drew a dime. They could vanish from history and WWE would not be affected
Be serious lads, i'm torn
despite jericho being great all around he wasn't a draw at any point.., and while Nash wasn't an individual draw he was the 2nd most important guy in the biggest angle in wrestling history (and a major tv ratings draw according to russo)

Neither guys are massively prolific draws, but Jericho is a far, far superior talent, and far more entertaining to boot.
Also, whilst Jericho wasn't a draw, Nahs was a negative draw. His high-point was being completely replaceable and standing next to Hogan in an angle that hinged entirely upon the Hulkster.
Kevin Nash is the reason wrestlers get paid. Big Sexy is the most important person to the business, ever.

when hulk wasn't there it was Kev carrying the load and the ratings were still strong

It's a tough call, but here's where I think they differ:
Nash (and Hall) are most famous for one thing, as you mentioned - having their heads jammed up a real american's ass when he turned Heel and the wrestling world stopped and took notice. Hangers on. Nash FOUGHT a lot of top guys in WWE and WCW, but they were all established stars. HBK. Undertaker. Giant. Hogan.
Jericho, as you've said, wasn't often the guy you'd be tuning in to see - although him becoming undisputed champ made little me mark out. But he's ALWAYS been the guy you tune in to hopefully see get his ass kicked. In WCW and his "Fuck Janetty here's a list of 1004 holds" to WWE and "It," he's THE guy we love to hate. Every major star in the 'E over the last decade and a half owes Jericho a huge thank you for being an in ring veteran that knows when things are gone awry and fixes them on his feet, to being the guy to stand up for them in the locker room, and mostly for being the guy that always makes them look good in the ring, never sandbags, never phones it in.
So don't look at Jericho as Y2J - look at him as having helped craft anyone you've enjoyed seeing since 2000.

People still watched because they knew Hogan would be back. He and Hall were stand-ins, who filled temporary voids, for people who knew the real draw would be back soon. It was all about Hogan, he had no impact or true purpose other than a giant to stand in the ring and kill time when the draw wasn't around.

This. When Big Sexy got the strap and Hogan was gone, the ratings immediately went to record lows.

Nash. For the Outsiders. The lowest drawing champ in WWE history, but they lit the world on fire with the NWO. Also finger poke of doom
Nash
Without him wrestlers would still be paid under 200,000 dollars

>paved the pave
What? Even if written correctly, Jericho was at the same time as those two

Nash is probably the most important wrestler after Hogan. Thank you Mr. Nash

Bruno Sammartino is literally the original draw

Does Jericho dye his hair?

Nash was just a water carrier for various groups, he completely tanked as a main champion too. He was also parasitic on someone else's success, he made himself money but didn't make the company any extra, really.
Jericho has been a go-to guy that has kept rosters together and done vital jobs in less prominent spots, I feel from a management point of view you'd always want a Jericho over a Nash. Nash was a pretty cancerous influence on the locker room by all accounts.
Jericho any other answer is just bullshit.

Like the Wolfpac, by far the best and most over incarnation of the nWo? Of which he was the leader? Where people were so hyped about seeing him kill Hogan that the subsequent swerve and letdown killed an entire company? WCW would still be alive today had the fingerpoke not happened and Nash went over clean.
