Whenever that glass shattered. I watched wrestling from about '97 to '04 then kinda fell away from it. I'd see clips on Youtube or whatever from over the years but I didn't really get back into it until a few years ago, maybe 2014 (which is a shame 'cause it seems I missed quite a lot of cool shit like Punk and The Shield). But if one thing makes me buzz and gets me almost giddy like a school girl to this day it's Stone Cold. I'm not saying I haven't enjoyed other moments; of course not. But he was the fucking guy I invested so much in between those years, that just the sound of his entrance gets me crazy hyped every single time.

THANK YOU BASED BIG SHOW
>>1666765
Back in the day Raw would put on great main events and the rest of the show ranged from bad to decent. You have to sort through some real shit sometimes but the gold is absolute 24k.
With a network subscription you can sort through it fairly easily plus 30 days free nothing to lose

What a fucking terrible decision.
The match was awful. Crowd wasn't paying any attention.
The streak should have been broken by a younger talent.
Plus, it lead to Lesnar's laughable title reign. I still can't understand why they pay him so much, because he's not the draw they think he is.

>>1668410
No one really deserved to beat the Streak. I don't think anyone should have done it.
>>1668553
Taker himself wanted to drop the streak. The whole reasoning was that it was something that was years in the making, all the hype and attention should be used to catapult the future of business.
Then they went and gave it to Lesnar for no real reason.
Since it happened that I honestly believe that Lesnar wasn't supposed to win and it was a work, taker too old and tired couldn't kick out fast enough, being concussed didn't help either and thus, by accident, Lesnar got it.
>>1668568
I think if someone like Cesaro or Dolph Ziggler managed to do it it would have been better.
>>1668588
Those guys are unover jobbers and would have turned the streak into a joke
Lesnar was the right guy
>>1668410
I love how anonymous online neckbeards talk about draws as if they have a better clue of a wrestler's value than Vince McMahon himself

>>1667316
>>1668568

>>1670158
You could make the same argument that Cena and Taker aren't draws as well.
>>1670282
They aren't. Nobody is other than the Rock
>>1670288
That's true. Rock is the one guy that consistently moves the numbers significantly.
>>1670294
Pro wrestling is so not mainstream these days that only the most famous hollywood star could draw people into tuning in.
Brock drew record gate numbers and 1.2m buys for UFC just a month ago but doesn't move WWE ratings. Tells you all you need to know

The problems are:
1. The product is downright unwatchable at times and has been for almost two years
2. Younger generations are way too cynical to care about wrestling
There's a reason WWE's highest demographic are in their 40s.

Now that's just plain not true.
