If you judge him on a week by week basis, he's honestly fine at this point. His delivery is still pretty bad at times but in the ring he's no worse than the average WWE heavyweight and he's a hell of a lot better than Cena was a decade ago. The crowd just hates him to the point that anything he does will be shit on now, which is a shame. This Rusev feud has been good for him.

I have been about as impressed with Reigns' equivalent matches as I have with Finn's.
Though Finn is obviously much more athletic and technically sound, he actually does less fucking moves. He's kick-kick-slingblade-stomp. At least Roman throws some bombs and slams in there.
