Raw is WCW, Smackdown is WWF

This is getting obvious by the day.

-3 hours vs 2: meaning quantity vs quality.

The 3 hours are filled with marketing crap like B list celebrities to ''attract casual viewers''. Hello Stewart, thanks for that shitty match.
Too few storylines development, too many pointless matches. This is because ''sponsors'' want a 3 hours show. Which leads to problem n.2:

-The ''suits'' vs ''the edgy smarks''.
Raw is being run as a showbiz by corporate shills that would be otherwise working for Disney or similar. Now, anyone who has memory of how bad WCW was, can recall the damage these people did: zero interest for wrestling, cheap marketing tactics for short term boosts, no organic building.

-Looks vs skills.

Anyone surprised that all the handsome guys are on Raw? Balor, Roman, Rollins compared to AJ with that faggy aircut, balding Cena etc.
Now, if you are familiar with corporate marketing tactics, one of the biggest delusions today is to focus on potential over actual audience. Thus looks to attract more women, not skills that pander to men because ''men already watch it'', except that they don't nearly as much as before. 1 more woman watching equates to 3 less men.
Still the women title is on Raw, despite the fact that Smackdown is more interesting when it comes to women right now.
The problem with relying on cheap marketing tactics is that sooner or later they backfire and create a gigantic hole, see the ''Universal Champsionship'' debacle. They tried to ''make the fans participant'' by calling it after the ''WWE Universe''. Nobody bought it. It's a shit name, nobody actually cares about being called ''WWE Universe'' or uses that term. Then the belt came out and it was even worse than the name.

In short, GG, Raw is doomed until they get rid of ''the suits''.
