I don't think CM Punk will ever wrestle against Ryback considering how much he whined that fighting him took 20 years off his life or whatever.

The only way Punk will come back if he is allowed to be WWEWHC, Universal, Intercontinental, and United States champion at the same time. Oh and if he can beat undertaker at mania and have WWE forget that Brock ever defeated him.

Punk would return if he was offered the right kind of deal and had some input backstage. He'd want the kind of deal Rock, Hogan or Brock gets and personally I think Vince would reach out to make the deal in the next 3 years.

"Walking Dead Enthusiast" Phil will probably return to TNA if he ever returns to wrestling. He and Billy are both from Chicago, love music, plus he'd be able to do his MMA thing and work about 4 wrestling dates a month and earn a nice paycheck.
