Because most wrestling fans pretty much just watch WWE. And if you're gonna be watching Smackdown and Raw every week, you need to be high. The WWE style already involves wrestling in slow motion and sticking people in headlocks for 5 minutes straight so it fits in pretty well with the experience of being stoned as fuck and constantly losing attention and getting lost in your thoughts. You can zone out all you want because nothing ever happens anyway.
