The actual announced matches are the guys you have enough stock in to feature and advertise for your PPV.
The pre-show should be something that promises to be different each time to allure network viewers/provide incentive to watch, because you don't know what would happen.
That Zayn vs Wyatt thing is good, though. And they'd have a pretty fucking great match.
