In the sense that he's the most overrated "underrated" guy. He had an okay heel run with the WHC, but other than that what made him SO underrated? His mic skills were bland, his wrestling was basic as fuck and his stupid pointy entrance got annoying. He had potential at first, but at some point he just lost his edge.

My point is, WWE values Ambrose as a 29 year old guy that's going to keep getting better. They've pretty much got the coffin ready for 90% of the roster.
