Id say the rock was the most over wrestler in WWE history. At the hight of his power he would go out to the ring close his eyes and people would instantly start chanting. Best promo in WWE as well. Not talking Dwayne either. When the man had hair and the singlasses he was killing it.

The Rock and Austin are the two GOATs and elevated each other and neither would've reached the heights they did without the other, imo.
