That's not only feasible, but generally terrible. It's completely non-progressive, and just makes it an insular circlejerk.
Not to mention that would leave Mania a title defense for the WWE Title, and not even a satisfying title-win. Unless they turn Ambrose Heel.
Ambrose working Heel against Orton would be weird as fuck. He's so much smaller and leagues below Randy as a wrestler. Him dominating 90% of the match would just look strange.
