Why is BMJ considered the best wrestler?

It's just the most widely used by MMA fighters due to its applicable nature in a controlled sport fighting environment.

There is no "best" martial art.

it's a fun sport, 90% of which is entirely useless in a real fight, and the 10% of useful stuff isn't in any way proprietary and is found everywhere

the methods in which you will learn that in bjj are largely useless to begin with
eddie bravos entire career at this point is basically based on the fact that traditional bjj techniques are inadequate against strikes when there isn't a gi to pull on

it isn't anything special

it's more about the practitioner than the martial art

a /fit/ karate guy who can take & dish hits really well will destroy a fat BJJ guy, and vice versa

I wouldn't say it's considered the best, but definitely lots of people like it.
It's fun and the ground game is unparalleled.
