Depends, is it speedball or bushball?
If it's speed ball, hug the barriers and when you run, run low. Always peak with your shoulder.
If it's bushball, it depends on the course, but I like to stay in a prone position and shuffle about.
Remember that markers tend to shoot low and have a really bad dip if you play at standardized pressure requirements.
