So, I have pain and sensitivity in my spine, now.
It seems that hunching over computers so much for the past few months has contributed relatively largely to said sensitivity and pain.
I rolled not too long ago, and I felt it in my spine; that shit hurt, niggs.
This could possibly be partially attributed to my lack of rolling practice, and the bad technique that came from said lack of practice.
It was on concrete, by the way.

They're pretty similar, but one is an intricate art that unifies the body and the mind, and the other is a slugfest.
