I don't really give a shit, but "grainy video" is a horribly trivial reason not to watch the best pro wrestling ever, male or female. I'm referring specifically to what was happening across various joshi promotions in the early-to-mid 90s. Manami Toyota is the greatest pro wrestler to ever live, and missing her matches and the rest of the best-ever era in all of pro wrestling because of "grainy video" is robbing yourself of the greatest matches ever performed for no real reason. I'm sure the video quality is good enough to warrant a watch, considering the quality of the wrestling. Manami Toyota vs Kyoko Inoue at Korakuen Hall on May 7, 1995 is the best match that has ever happened, so there's your start point. Sorry if you've already watched that generation of joshi comprehensively and I'm telling you all this for no reason. For modern day joshi, I'd recommend JWS or Stardom.
