this is the downside of the draft, you can no longer ignore Smackdown.
I'm a mark and a wrasslinfag, but 5 hours over 2 consecutive nights is a lot of goddamned wrestling.

and with the rosters as-is, right now, Raw by a tiny little bit. I do think, if Shane/Daniel Bryan really get to run it their way, Smackdown could easily overtake Raw for me

I really wanted it to be SmackDown because I'm fucking sick of a 3 hour RAW and I thought for sure that SD would get the younger talent while the bigger, older names would stay on RAW. I figured they'd call up people like Nakamura for SD too.

true, he is a boring character in that there are no more mountains to climb.
but if he keeps doing what he's been doing, helping guys get over, assisting their promo rather than going full Cena and dominating their promo, just floating around and being a beltless roaming plot point, that's really cool. it's what you're supposed to do, it's commendable.

plus, he's young enough to where he can "job" for a while he films movies and reality series, but then goes on a hot streak and breaks the title record and has a nice farewell tour with the belt one last time, I could get emotionally invested in that.

Smackdown just had AJ, Cena, Dean and Bray.
What's worse is the lose-lose of the IC titles. Either Miz wins, and 1 of our 2 (POSSIBLY ONLY) Champion on Smackdown, is Miz. Or Miz loses and the IC title goes to Raw and we have either 1 or zero belts.
