So who exactly from Raw is going to be considered a cruiser?

There's Neville & Sin Cara who are obviously cruiserweights. Then who?

Balor? They made him their 3rd pick, so seems like they have higher aspirations for him.

I guess Kofi or Xavier if New Day drop out of the tag division and pursue singles titles, which would be a good move for them I think.

Zayn? Again, I think they see him as higher up the card than that.

Darren Young I guess. Bo Dallas. Enzo and R-Truth if they aren't doing tag team stuff.

That's it. Mostly tag team guys plus Neville.

Which would make sense, since size is mostly irrelevant in booking-strength. Manlets can fight the Big Show, and Braun can get beaten by Ambrose.

One proper thing WWE should've ripped off from TNA was the concept of the X-Division as how to properly do a "Cruiserweight" scene.

No real weight limits, just high flyers and high risk move sets.

If they go by the same weight limit as CWC according to wwe.com stats Bálor, Neville, Zayn, Sin Cara, Enzo and Xavier qualify as cruiserweight. Also Slater if he gets drafted.
