So lately after martial arts class I gas out pretty easily. I got a toe injury and it's a little hard to work out with it, but I'm used to having superior cardio. How do you train fight cardio? I do sprinting, push-ups, stairs on weekends and work form on weekdays.

20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. If you've got a toe injury (I get them all the time), work with a bike.
Also, if you're having gassing problems, and you have good cardio usually, your trouble may be breathing.

What art? One of the things that we have to keep reminding newer judoka is to make sure to do proper breathing during newaza so that they don't tap out early.
