He put this out about a day or so after Cornette ranted in his podcast about Russo screwing TNA out of TV deals with Destination America and Pop TV (https://youtu.be/OQlU2I2QQOw), and although I don't know how recent of a podcast this clip is from, it wouldn't strike me as a surprise to find out that he chose this moment to respond.
